Beechworth Sustainability is a finalist in 2 categories in the 2009 Sustainable Communities / Tidy Towns awards, run by Keep Australia Beautiful Victoria and Sustainability Victoria! We are competing in the Water Conservation, and the Pam Keating Environmental Innovation categories, and the winners will be announced at the finals in early October. What's more, Beechworth is also a finalist in the overall award!
Members of Beechworth Sustainability attended the finalist award ceremony in Beechworth on Tuesday 1st, along with other Beechwworth finalists. We'll let you know how we go at the finals!
